Tool forms in Galaxy usually contain help directly, either inline where the parameters are entered or down in the Help section. Those areas also include links to any resources the author supports (publications, methods, training), plus links to Galaxy tutorials (if any).
The MAGeCK tool suite is included in the GTN tutorials, please see this link from the help section for one of the tools: Galaxy Training!
You can also search that GTN site directly with keywords, or navigate by analysis domain. Or, if you are new to a domain, click into Learning Pathways to find groups of tutorials organized for specific purposes.
