MultiQC not producing results

MultiQC is not working(producing any resluts) on my FeatureCount data is anyone else having the same problem

Hi @Gavers_Oppong,
I have opened a PR in order to update the tool; I’m not sure if it will fix the problem, because I have checked different inputs and in some cases, the reports are generated correctly. I’ll continue investigating the cause of the error.
