I am analyzing five Illumina paired-end ChIP-seq datasets, and have run out of Galaxy storage needed to perform my analyses, even after deleting unused histories. Is it possible to get more storage on my account?

as indicated on Account quotas, if your work is based on academic research and additional space is needed in the short term on usegalaxy.org, send an email to galaxy-bugs@lists.galaxyproject.org from your registered email address, providing some details about your project, the amount of space that you need, and how long you need it.
