I am using LeFSe in Galaxy but in the second step (LDA effect size) I obtain this message: Job ran longer than the maximum allowed execution time (runtime: 0:15:13, limit: 00:15:00), please try different inputs or parameters
The problem is that I have an important amount of samples (56 samples x 3 replicates) with some different treatments and I cannot reduce it. Could you help me? If I do with bioconda, Can I solucionate this problem? If the answer is yes, could you pass me a tutorial to made it?
