QualiMap counts

Hi, has anybody successfully used QualiMap counts? I used the featureCounts output and changed the header line as described under Input. Always get the following error:

This job was resubmitted to the queue because it encountered a tool detected error condition on its compute resource.
Java memory size is set to 1200M
Launching application…

detected environment java options -Djava.awt.headless=true -Xmx1024m

Or is there a similar tool as alternative?

Hi @gerrit_thomsen,
Multiqc allows to evaluate the output from featureCounts, but not sure if provides the information that you require. Could you send an error report? (bug icon)
