Quality Control Galaxy Training Module

Hi there!

I’ve been working on the Introductory Quality Control Training, and was following the steps exactly as shown, both in the training webpage and the accompanying YouTube video. However, I ran into an issue when I used the tool Cutadapt to remove the adaptor sequences. On the galaxy platform itself, the files appeared grey for ~10 minutes, then turned red. Please see the accompanying image of the error message.

I am just confused, as I completed this twice and followed the steps exactly for the tutorial. I’m not sure what’s wrong.

This advice I just posted in another topic will apply to you as well. The rerun might be enough but please also send in the bug report. Maybe everything is not really resolved and we’ll need examples. Thanks!
