Try refreshing your browser connection to Galaxy. That can be a shift-reload or by clicking on the “galaxy” icon in the upper left corner.

If that is not enough, which server are you working at? URL please. And, a screenshot might help too.

Thanks! I can reproduce that, but only if I make the history panel less wide than the default. Try expanding the width a bit when you have all of the types of different datasets or the font set to a larger size.
