When I attempted to use Salmon quant, it gave me an OOM error message, mentioning that I used 35 threads. Is there a way to lower the number of threads used by the tool?

When a job fails for a memory reasons at a UseGalaxy server, the root issue is more likely to be some small issue with the inputs rather than the resources/allocations.
