I’m using SEACR to call peak for CUT&TAG data, however, SEACR only can be found in “Galaxy Europe”, not “Galaxy”, Could “Galaxy” also set up this program? Moreover, it is v1.3 version on “Europe”, and recently v1.4 version was released (GitHub - FredHutch/SEACR at SEACRv1.4_dev)
with come critical parameters. Could you update it?

it seems that version 1.4 is still in development, so probably it would be better to wait until the official release. I opened a PR in order to include the version 1.3 in usegalaxy.org.
