Tool execution is on hold until your disk usage drops below your allocated quota. Can the quota be increased?

Hi @wweiyan!

FAQ: Account Quotas

First, make sure that you are permanently deleting (purging) data that you don’t need anymore. This is more than just “deleting” – data needs to be purged before it is removed from the quota calculation. Be aware that “deleted” data can be recovered but “permanently deleted/purged” data cannot. Download backups for anything important. How to do this is in the link above.

Once you have done that, sometimes we can grant extra space for academic work at Galaxy Main https://usegalaxy.org (see link above). The Galaxy EU https://usegalaxy.eu server also accepts quota increase requests – go to the home page of the server and scroll down to find a link to the web request form.

Hi,
maybe this not quite the correct topic, but I really need your help.
Even after deleting and purging deleted datasets, I get the message that I’m using 100 % of my disk quota. I tried everything - logout and back to home page, waiting for over 1 day for the storage to empty… and I’m really out of ideas; I’m desperate…Please help! Thanks in advance.
