Try this:

  1. Log out of Galaxy.
  2. Exit your web browser, and restart it.
  3. Double check your preferences – cookies need to be enabled.
  4. If you are not using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari, try with one of those.
  5. Go to the server URL and log in again, then try the function.
  6. Make sure you are only using one account at that specific server to avoid random technical problems.

Accounts at different servers do not interact, and are great – just avoid two or more at any particular server. Why cookies and accounts? Account cookies are how Galaxy keeps track of your own data permissions. This makes sure only you have access. :slight_smile:

Please give that a try and we can follow up more here. We’ll need some details to report the problem to the developers: your computer operating system and which web browser you are using might be enough to replicate.
