I had run two Trinity jobs for de novo assembly of transcriptome data on 12th December, 2024 in Galaxy Europe. However, the jobs are still greyed out and have not yet started. It has been more than a week but the jobs are still not running.

The UseGalaxy.eu server has been very busy but 8 days does seem a bit long. Would you like to share the history that contains these jobs? We can hopefully help to explain what is going on and make suggestions about what to do. I’m mostly wondering if there is some problem with the inputs – you could also double check by clicking into the input collection down to the dataset level to confirm everything is green and ready to use.
Also, if you would like to capture a screenshot of your list of Data → Histories view as a supplemental data point that might help as well. With this information, I’m most curious about how many concurrent jobs you may have been running, so you can also explain more about that, instead of a screenshot. Meaning: were you running a large batch of Trinity jobs and some completed and others didn’t? Or, maybe running other large processing jobs, too? All in the same history or different histories? Are those still queued or have they completed and you are only waiting on these last two jobs?

usegalaxy.eu have added new resources over December and needed to remove some before, we are now getting to the old capacity and in January should have even more resources than before. Trinity jobs should be done by now. If you still see problems let us please know.
