I started Trinity runs on two different servers (European and French), both of which are queued for seven days. Is there a problem with the tool?

most likely the job is still in queue. Users can check the server status for Galaxy Europe. On the front page find a grey box with The European Galaxy server name, click at See the statistics, in the middle window find Galaxy Queue panel and in pull-down menu select View. Check number of Trinity jobs in the queue.
