I am using a cloud instance of Galaxy on AnVIL, and I tried installing a tool, but when I hit the install button the button turned into a button that read “error”. I tried this with multiple tools and this did not work, I also tried deleting a previous workspace and creating a new one to no avail.

Can you enter the instance via ssh and check the galaxy log?
