Wine64 not found (Galaxy docker)

I am running the latest docker bgruening/galaxy-stable.
I logged in as admin, and installed msconvert (version: toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/galaxyp/msconvert/msconvert/3.0.20287.2).
The host OS is Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS.

When I ran this tool, I got the error message:

/export/galaxy-central/database/job_working_directory/000/5/tool_script.sh: line 9: wine64: command not found

How can I run msconvert tool in the Galaxy Docker?

That one is tricky. This specific tool needs to run itself in Docker and this is problematic and not set up in the standard configuration. You need to configure an external job scheduling for example. Can you do this one step on https://usegalaxy.eu for example?
