Add Helixer model from history

Hi,
Could you please add an option in the Helixer tool that the user can upload lineage model from history tab?
For example, at the moment there are 4 lineage models available (land plant, vertebrate, invertebrate, and fungi) if someone wants to use an old model or a newly trained model file then it should be allowed to take the model file from the history tab.

This might be possible, but the people that wrote the tool wrapper would need to make the change.

Where to make the next request

1. Open an issue at the target tool’s development repository and make the request as “Wrap for Galaxy”.

2. Start the request at the [admin edit] tool author’s development repository.

  • Open up the tool form at a Galaxy server
  • Go to the Options menu in the top right corner, and choose See in Tool Shed
  • Find the link to the repository in the listing
  • Open an issue ticket
  • Note that 1 & 2 here might be the same for some tools, and you’ll see the Galaxy development directory nested at the full tool repository.

3. The third option is to wrap the tool yourself and collaborate with the two groups above.

Most of the work done for Galaxy is provided by community contributors, and the attribution procedures are very good. This includes not just the technical/coding parts, but the wrapper design (which parameters, how to model them) and scientific review (potential new tutorials, help content on the form).
