Hi！I have several tools on galaxy.eu, but I don’t have them in usegalaxy.org. Because my galaxy.eu doesn’t have enough memory, I can’t run it. I want to add them to usegalaxy.org, including CoverM-GENOME, CoverM contig, CheckM lineage_wf, FragGeneScan, KofamScan, hmmscan.Can you help me add them in usegalaxy.org?
Please provide exact IDs of the tools you’d like to see on usegalaxy.org and I will have a look if it’s possible. Use the “copy tool id” link in the toolform menu as seen on the screenshot
