I am wondering if there is a way to request an addition of a new pipeline for usegalaxy.org
I am planning to do circular RNA analysis and found that usegalaxy.eu has circExplorer 2, but usegalaxy.org doesn’t. Since my main server is usegalaxy.org, I am wondering if there is a way to add this onto the server. Thank you!

Also, just as a reminder: you can have an account at all of the public Galaxy servers and be able to move most data around by URL quickly (no need to download). Any questions about how to do this, please ask.

Hi @Josh I don’t know yet since this is still undergoing review. Usually, the tools hosted at the different servers are synched up. If this tool being missing was just an oversight, then this happens faster. If it was excluded for some reason – then this is more complicated, and it might not be hosted (near term, or maybe not ever).
If you are in a rush at all – use the UseGalaxy.eu server instead.
