Hi, I was wondering if it would be possible to add a new tool (link below) to the public usegalaxy.org server that is associated with the RepeatModeler and RepeatMasker tools?
I don’t know why more of the sub-tools haven’t been wrapped yet … and since no one else commented over the last few days here, I think you should try at the places the developers review requests.
Then click into the development repository and make the request in a new issue ticket. If you are able to help, that would certainly be welcomed and the other tool devs would walk you through any unclear details. Remember that “help” isn’t just coding … but reviewing how the tool works, coming up with test cases, how to model or decide which of the parameters to put on the tool form … so items that a scientist can assist with, too.
