Alignment file missing in ROARY

I am analyzing 321 genome but not getting the alignment file. I have tried different versions of ROARY and with varying changes in the maximum number of clusters.
Can you help me with it?

So, one of these is going on:

1. the job is “too large” for the public servers
2. the input files are not named in a way that Roary can use

Do you get other outputs from ROARY ? And only the alignment file is missing ?
