Hi! I am trying to run cutadapt on paired-end reads, but the jobs stay on waiting to run for a long time (longer than 15 minutes). I was running the same files as single-end reads earlier and it worked pretty fast, so I’m confused about why it’s not working through paired-end reads. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Update: It’s now working! It was most likely just having to wait for the server!
