I am trying to visualise my ANCOM-BC results obtained from ‘qiime2 composition ancombc’. In the Moving Pictures tutorial provided by Qiime2 it states to use ‘composition da-barplot’ in galaxy. This tool does not show up on the toolbar. I posted on the Qiime2 forum and they said that the tool was in the documentation for an earlier version and maybe has not been updated and to ask about it here. Sorry for the delay, I had trouble figuring out which exact tool this was (tool names are not always exact) … then … wandered off!!
The tool was wrapped, and I checked the development repository for it and it seems it was just updated about a month ago. None of the UseGalaxy servers have those yet. It is likely still pending the actual update.
Why it wasn’t installed with the prior tool versions, I don’t know! But I have heard that the updated tools will be a bit easier to use. Maybe they will be easier to install on the public servers, tool
