Is there anyway to get the parameters to process faster? I’ve been on all day and it’s running super slow. I’m trying to get BWA-MEM data for a deadline at midnight.

Parameters are not a factor for queue time (“gray” datasets). The best strategy is to queue jobs as soon as possible. Using workflows can speed things up for next time.
