disk quota problem

I’m using galaxy europe, and I have a full disk even I cleaned and removed some files, still have the same problem,

Do you have any solution to suggest

I am also facing the same issue. Despite purging a significant amount of data and refreshing the disk usage, the quota remains unchanged. The disk is still almost full, and the program runs slowly, even for a simple data conversion like bedgraph to bigwig. Are other users experiencing the same problem?

To manage your disc space, go into User → Preferences → Storage Dashboard

The quota refresh function will take about a day after purging a larger amount of data. Smaller amounts of data may clear quicker.

Available quota space is completely unrelated to how jobs process. That said, should you run out of space in your account, job may pause (light blue color), but once you free up some space those can be resumed.
