I got empty outputs files from a BUSCO job submitted with default settings (history). The standard output log file indicates the job was completed. The log file contains BUSCO summary. The default settings use Auto-detect lineage option. When an appropriate lineage is specified, BUSCO produces expected output files (datasets #11-#14).
A BUSCO job with the default settings and the same input file failed on the main Galaxy server (history). Well, sort of, because the results are visible via Preview option of the failed(?) outputs.
Personally, I probably will run BUSCO with a specified lineage, but I am curious about the issue. Many people might use the default settings.
