Error in converting mzxml file to rawdata by readMSdData

Hello,
I got this error when I tried to convert our file from mzXML to RData
( step 1 MSnbase read MS Data). Please looking at attached photo.

I tried with some precedent files which were successfully converted in
the precedent version but in this version, I have the same errors.

My data was converted to mzxml by compassxport of bruker, mode Line Spectrum.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you the news and thank for your help.

Hello,

Try contacting the administrators of this Galaxy server to report the problem. The tool might have server-side installation issues, an undiscovered bug, or might require different input formatting now.

Submitting a bug report is a good way to do that or look on the homepage of the server for contact information. Many public servers also list contact information here: https://galaxyproject.org/use/
