One of these are common issues.
- Incomplete Upload → Try Uploading again, then check the file locally to see if it has any problems.
- File compression that Galaxy cannot understand → Try uncompressing locally, and consider Uploading the uncompressed version instead.
- Reads are interlaced (forward and reverse in the same single file) → De-interlace the reads in Galaxy after Upload and before QA tools.
