I am new… I have my first Errors during the work flow,

Your input dataset 5 likely has some problem.

One of these are common issues.

  • Incomplete Upload → Try Uploading again, then check the file locally to see if it has any problems.
  • File compression that Galaxy cannot understand → Try uncompressing locally, and consider Uploading the uncompressed version instead.
  • Reads are interlaced (forward and reverse in the same single file) → De-interlace the reads in Galaxy after Upload and before QA tools.
