who is stopping, how can i fix this

The tool hasn’t been containerized yet, so our help at this forum is limited.
The ToolShed repository here has some extra configuration help in the README

And, the tool authors host a development repository here. Consider asking a question in an issue ticket if the instructions in the ToolShed are not enough. Be sure to include enough details about your server and how you installed the tool so they can help.
