Unable to access Galaxy tool shed

I installed a local galaxy and tried to install tools from galaxy tool shed. However, http://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/ seems inaccessable. Are there mirror tool shed sites that I can add in my galaxy so I can install tools? Thanks for the help.

Hi everyone, just did a local installation of Galaxy on a Mac M1 and am excited that I can load it now with the interface. When I started install tools, I got this? I made a copy of the tool.sheds_conf.xml from the tool.sheds.conf.xml.sample as I did with the galaxy.yml.sample. Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
