When doing small rna analysis, an error was noticed /mnt/e/galaxy/job_description/00/27/srnapipe no command found. Because of this problem in the toolshed management section i went to the dependencies section and I noticed that the the tools i download all consist of unresolved with a red x
Is it specific to sRNAPipe, or is it a wider problem and no Galaxy tool is properly installed?
