Galaxy internal server error 500

Hi,

I tried to upload data in fastq.gz from my local disk. It begin to upload and after several minutes it stops and I have a message error “Internal Server Error (500)”.
I do not understand what is happening.
Could you please help me?

Thank you, I had aware this.
I just thought you guys had finish Galaxy transfer because that the website said Galaxy server status is well.

Don’t take this as a complain, I will be patient on waiting this!

@userlee7655 , I’m not from Galaxy team, so I can’t tell you about the servers’ actual health regarding the transfer. Anyway, thanks for the patience!
