Hello,
is it possible to install the database for geNomad? geNomad is installed but the database is missing and it cannot be used. Below in the usage of geNomad it is indicated: “In addition you need to select a reference database that has to be installed by your Galaxy admin.” Here is the link for the installation: Installation - geNomad
Thanks for your help

Not an exact answer to your question, but a strange coincidence: we just installed the database today on Galaxy Europe, where it should be available from tomorrow on.
Hello,
yeah I was looking for that. I see that I choose now “version 1.7” for the reference database. I just tried it and I got an error indicating that the db does not exist: "data/db/data_managers/genomad_databases/genomad_db’ does not exist. "
Thanks a lot for your help
Best
You’re correct, thanks for the feedback!
There is an issue with the database install logic, which we will have to fix this week. I’ll post back here when the DB is usable.
So we think the issue is fixed and the DB should work now on .eu. Please test and let us know whenever you have time.
It’s running… great and thanks a lot
I would like to run this but don’t see an option the specify the database although it is a required field.
Thanks
Welcome @chris221
I’m only seeing the database at the UseGalaxy.eu server for now, and with this version of the tool. I had to accept the licence for it to show up.

Hope this helps!
