I have been dealing with the shotgun data and want to use the MetaPhlAna for my analysis.
I am wondering at the option of " Cached database with clade-specific marker genes” where i have to select MetaPhlAn2 clade-specific marker genes. but my page is showing “No option is available”.
Why it is showing as no option to me or what to do for the step? Please help
