Help with TRINITY ASSEMBLY INPUT

Hello,
i am using a de interlaced data for trinity assembly can you please tell me whether it is a right way or not as the paired end data is split into 4 file as shown in the screen shot below and i used this data for trinity assembly as shown in the screenshot. any help is appreciated
