Got an error on an RNA Star job. When I tried to rerun it I got a window that says “History is immutable”.
Retried 3 times still got same error. Idk if it is related but my quota shows 0% when I know I have at least 50% usage.
Any help appreciated.
Is your history purged?
Nope. It wasn’t. My quota still did not register this history either (it has 230G).
In the end, I just downloaded the data from this history and started over in a new history.

The history was purged. Maybe that was by mistake. Staring over is the right way forward.
