how to annotate the output of kallisto in galaxy ? i used for pseudo alignement the "Homo_sapiens.GRCh38.cdna.all " us a reference transcriptomes.
i found that i can do that using Sleuth pipeline in R, i have some problems with my version of r so i can’t get it. is there an equivalent of sleuth in galaxy?
