Hello,I have a problem about using galaxy to convert formats.I want to use MACS1.4 to analyze my pair-end data,but it requires an elandmulti format, I want to know how can I convert BED into Elandmulti? Thankyou!
Hello, That is a much older wrapped version of the tool. Try using MAC2 instead. On public Galaxy servers and the Tool shed, the tool will be named like MACS2 callpeak.
Search using the term “MAC2” in the tool panel search to find all components of this tool bundle.
