How to delete data that is not being uploaded

Hi,
I am trying to upload my own data, but I get the following error:
“Warning: Waiting for server to resume…”
Is this normal? How long should I wait? If I want to cancel this upload how do I do it?

if you are using usegalaxy.org, it is probably due to heavy load on the server. I recommend you to try a different one, such as usegalaxy.eu or usegalaxy.org.au.

I am experiencing the same issue since yesterday, did it ever get uploaded, and if so, how long did you wait?
