I am trying to upload (small) files onto Galaxy, and they have been stuck on “this job is waiting to run” in grey for over 3 hours. I have tried running other jobs within Galaxy and they run fine.

The UseGalaxy.org public Galaxy server had a notification on the server earlier today about job delays, and in particular Upload job delays.
How is this working now when you try again?
