Is there any detailed instruction how to install cellxgene interactive tool?
And the cellxgene interactive tool on galaxy.eu runs very slow. Does any one know the reason?
I set the config files: galaxy/tools/interactive/interactivetool_cellxgene.xml
galaxy/config/tool_conf.xml (uncomment interactivetools section) and set the galaxy/config/galaxy.yml from galaxy.yml.interactivetool
What else should I do?
