How to perform nr blast (Blast2GO)

I want to do blast2go of my transcriptome using galaxy. Please tell the complete workflow. How to make nr database directly using link, make database and perform blastx

Consolidating Blast2GO not working

Blast2Go is not available for now at the public Galaxy servers.
