Hello,
how can I work on result files produced by cutadapt which have been arranged in a list. How can I unlist these files?

Do you mean a collection folder with the “list” type?
If yes, all of the files included in the collection are in the Hidden tab of the history view. You can unhide files to work with them directly (“unhide” moves files into the Active tab). You can do this one by one, or unhide everything at once, then do other manipulations or create a new collection, etc.
More rearrangements on the collection as a whole are possible with tools in the Collection Operations tool group in the tool panel. See GTN Materials Search (query=collections)
