Hello,

I am trying to analyze my Infinium Human Methylation BeadChip data, and I have seen this is a possibility using the “Infinium Human Methylation BeadChip” tool. This is the tutorial I found: Infinium Human Methylation BeadChip
I am confused about which Galaxies this tool is available on. I can not see the tool on my current instance using usegalacy.org.

Please let me know if it is possible to use the “Infinium Human Methylation BeadChip” tool, and which Galaxy I should be using.
