I am trying to use the Krocus tool to determine MLST, However i am unable to select a file or select an option for the Krocus database?
Is there something im missing here?

Yes, no indexes are hosted at the UseGalaxy.eu server. And the tool is not hosted at all at the other UseGalaxy servers. It seems to need an update to better support GUI fetching of indexes on demand, probably with a distinct tool, similar to how SNPEff works.
Let’s ask one of the EU server administrators if they know if there are any plans for an update. Ping @wm75
