Loading data from GEO to galaxy has been waiting for 6 hours.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for this great platform.

I’m loading data from GEO to galaxy. Here are my procedures:

  1. at the GEO page, select SRA run selector,
  2. select the data that you would like to use,
  3. press Galaxy,
  4. galaxy is opened and you get an object called SRA in your history.
  5. On the left side of the screen you press where it says Gat data,
  6. you select: Faster Download and Extract Reads in FASTQ format from NCBI SRA. 7. Then you press select input type,
  7. you select “List of SRA accession”,
  8. You select your SRA,
  9. You press execute.
    Now it looks like this. But it has been 6 hours. Do you know what’s the problem?

Hi @duyun,
could you finally download the datasets? Depending on the server load, it is possible that some processes may be delayed longer than usual.
