I am trying to use maker tool I have given three inputs 1.genome sequence, 2. RNA sequence for (for ESTs or assembled cDNA column), 3. Protein sequence file (got through UniProt download proteome as XML or fasta) and no repBase file is available. Finally when I executed the job have ended with following error
Can anyone suggest what is the problem?
