metaphlan 2 does not recognise any locally cached metaphlan clade-specific marker genes

I have been trying to run metaphlan on usegalaxy.be but am running into an issue for the clade specific marker genes. I am running a tutorial for my University course and was hoping for some support. I have attached screenshots of the issue and the tutorial I am trying to follow.

We are tracking the issue in this topic Error in Locally Cached for MetaPhlAn2 and HUMAnN2 - #2 by jennaj. I’m going to consolidate your post with that one.

For immediate use, you could consider working at a different public server. Check for which under the “Available at these Galaxies” pull-down at the top of the tutorial.
