Missing tool - Metilene

Hi! I’m following the tutorial for DNA Methylation Data Analysis and cannot find the Metilene tool to detect differentially methylated regions (DMRs).

Is there a way to upload this tool from the repository?

Alternatively, is there another tool to use for detection of DMRs or differentially methylated loci?

it will be installed in the next days in usegalaxy.org; meanwhile you can run the tutorial in the Galaxy instance usegalaxy.eu, where you can find Metilene.
