Hi everyone,
I am unable to prepare Phyloseq R object from biome file for data visualization in Shinyphyloseq tool. I am able to create phyloseq object but after this step, it is showing error. I am sharing my history, Can anyone help me out for this

Yes, there is a known issue with Phyloseq at the UseGalaxy.org server. We are still working on a correction. For now, you can use the UseGalaxy.eu server instead.
