Hello everyone, is there any tutorial for using picrust on galaxy?
@Mohsen_EJ , Besides the brief step-by-step instructions found in the PICRUSt tool pages at Hutlab galaxy, you can check this PICRUSt presentation (it’s from 2015) made by Chris Huttenhower himself and available from evomics.org.
